When we decided to stay the night in the home, we had no idea what we were getting
into. I have had a few prior experiences there before, but nothing like the ones Jenny and I had during our investigation.
Pictures and EVP's play a large role in our investigations, and usually are
our only source of evidence. This time it was much different. Most of the activity was audible. We heard and saw many things...
We kept nightly logs of our experiences, took pictures, and recorded throughout
the night. Jenny and I kept separate logs so as to make sure our experiences were not influenced by one another's. We also
took separate cameras and audio recorders.
So many things happened that night, that it is difficult to find a place to
start. The logical place to start would be at the beginning of the night, but I think it would be best to give a brief history
of the home first...
Although we don't know for sure who the first owners were, we do know that it
is a very old home. This is indicated by the number of oddly placed "cubby holes" and crawl spaces throughout the home. One
of these "cubbies" is said to be where "Sarah" spends most of her time.
Sarah has been in the home long before the current residents. Her spirit is
usually seen in the form of a little girl with some sort of stuffed toy and a knife in her chest. Brandie, the current owner's
oldest daughter, recalls not only seeing Sarah but actually talking to her as well. Other members of the household say they
can "...just feel she is with them."
It's true that many presences can be felt here, another of which is "Emily".
Emily is supposedly Sarah's younger sister. This information was devuldged from Sarah who reportedly told Brandie of Emily's
existence. Emily has never actually been seen, but I do believe Brandie and have no reason to believe otherwise.
Perhaps Sarah and Emily are being cared for as they once were by their nanny.
This is of course an assumption made by Jenny and I based on an EVP and eyewitness accounts of an older lady seen sitting
in the dinning room. Her name is unknown.
With the home history out of the way, let's get to the good stuff...
